Full time pastoral position with primary responsibility being leadership of a growing youth program with the assistance of active lay leaders.

Secondary responsibility (for such time as the youth ministry will allow for it) would be in an area of need for the church that would match skills possessed by the pastor. The successful applicant will be a self-starter, will be an effective team member, will be people-oriented and will have Free Methodist roots or a strong Wesleyan-Arminian background.
