This position will provide oversight to the Small Group ministries of the church, as well as pastoral oversight to a segment of the adult population.  The Pastor of Small Groups also participates with the Equipping Staff in developing ministries and fulfills the pastoral functions of counseling, administering the sacraments, preaching, teaching, and serving the general needs of the congregation.

General responsibilities will be to develop small group ministries, which involves casting vision, recruiting, equipping, and training small group leaders, and developing means and methods of assimilating people into small groups.

Responsibilities will also include providing pastoral oversight and general ministry to the segment at the Wenatchee Free Methodist Church of the 50+ age group.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and credentials or ordination in the Free Methodist Church, or the equivalent, and at least three years of pastoral ministry experience.
