The Chaplain will provide leadership for chapel services and campus ministry programs, pastoral counseling, coordination of mission trips, and will assist in developing and implementing an intentional program of spiritual formation for the college community. The Chaplain reports to the Provost and works closely with the Office of Student Life, the College's Spiritual Formation Committee, and the Student Association.

Master's degree in appropriate discipline (i.e. Master of Divinity) required, as well as ordination in a church within the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition. The Chaplain will have significant experience with college students and with people from a variety of Christian backgrounds, as well as a rich understanding of the Wesleyan tradition, the broader evangelical church, the unique mission of Christian higher education, and the educational goals of scholarship, spiritual development, and service. Experience with the coordination of mission trips is also preferred.
