Pocono Mountain multi-site church seeks Director of Student Ministries. This person will lead all ministries to middle and high school students and develop local leadership for each of three ministry locations. Qualifications:
-Solid relationship with the Lord
-Passion and love for students
-Education in Theology/Ministry (Masters preferred)
-Experience in Youth Ministry
-Ability to work with a 5 member staff
Duties:
1. Give overall leadership to middle and high school ministry
2. Develop and equip leaders
3. Develop age appropriate programming for the ongoing discipleship of students
4. Work well with church staff
