Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church is seeking a full time senior teen youth pastor to lead grades 9-12, starting Aug. 1, 2009. Experience in youth ministry required, a larger church setting preferred. Bachelors degree required, advanced degree in ministry or related fields of education, adolescent development, counseling preferred. Build and equip a large team of lay leaders and mentor student interns. Be gifted in communication and evangelism. Be able to articulate whole life discipleship objectives for teens with a sensitivity for at risk and special needs teens.
