East Los Angeles Light and Life Christian School is looking for a person who is willing to take on the challenge of transitioning a Christian school (preschool-8th grade) to a new and bold direction in an inter-city environment.
*Born-again Christian.
*Willing to lead a school through turn-around and transition.
*Willing to attend and actively participate in ELA Light and Life Chapel or Palabra de Vida, the local churches (membership required, if not already a member of the Free Methodist Church).
*Agreement and commitment to the overall mission, beliefs, structure, and vision of East Los Angeles Light and Life Christian School and East Los Angeles Free Methodist Ministries.
*Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
*Must have Teaching Credential.
*Must have previous teaching experience.
*Must have leadership abilities.
*Must have a heart and vision for ministry through teaching and education.
*Bilingual (Spanish), strongly desired.
