Willadean Duncan
For 36 years Willadean Duncan has been serving in the Free Methodist World Ministries Center. She started in March of 1972 as the typist in the Publishing House business office. She was quickly promoted to the accounting department, then to office manager in 1983. She was also instrumental in the foundation of the WMC employee club, called The Friendship Club. As departments were consolidated and her committment to serving God's people increased, her growing responsibilities gravitated toward payroll, employee benefits, and pension. She now serves as the Director of Human Resources.
In 1990, Willie, as she is more commonly known, and her family relocated from Winona Lake, Indiana to make the trek with the Free Methodist headquarters to Indianapolis, Indiana. Her dedication to the denomination has been appreciated by many who have worked with her at the World Ministries Center.
